How We Can Help

  • Technical issues

    Help with uploads, generation failures, missing videos, or app crashes.

  • Billing and subscriptions

    Questions about memberships, renewals, coin packs, restore purchases, and charge-related issues.

Subscription and Billing Help

  • Manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Use Restore Purchases inside the app if your membership or coin access is missing after reinstalling or changing devices.
  • Refund decisions for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through your Apple account support flow.
  • If a purchase completes but the app does not unlock correctly, email support with the product purchased and the date of the transaction.
