1. Operator

Aura Dance is operated by Aura Dance. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@aura-dance.com.

2. Service

Aura Dance lets users upload photos and generate AI-edited dance videos from template motion clips. Generated output may take several minutes and may vary based on source image quality, template selection, and third-party model availability.

3. Eligibility and Account Use

You must use the app lawfully and only upload content you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your device and login credentials secure.

4. Memberships, Coins, and Billing

Aura Dance offers auto-renewable memberships and one-time consumable coin packs. Membership tiers currently include Weekly Premium, Weekly Gold, Weekly VIP, Weekly Platinum, and Yearly Premium. A limited yearly promotional offer may also be shown in-app.

Dance generations currently cost 60 coins. Membership refill coins are issued per billing period and may expire when the billing period ends or a membership lapses. Purchased coin packs do not expire, but coins can only be spent while an active membership is in place.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable memberships renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Consumable coin packs are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Restores

If you reinstall the app or change devices, use the Restore Purchases function in the app to refresh eligible App Store purchases.

6. User Content and Prohibited Use

You must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or sexually explicit content. You must not upload content that violates privacy, impersonates another person, or is otherwise prohibited by applicable law or platform policy. We may block or remove content, suspend access, or report misuse where appropriate.

7. AI Output Limitations

Aura Dance uses third-party AI systems to classify images and render video output. Results may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. We do not guarantee that generated output will match your exact expectations or be suitable for any specific use.

8. Availability and Changes

We may change pricing, wallet rules, available templates, and app features over time. We may also suspend or discontinue parts of the service as needed for maintenance, legal compliance, or platform changes.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Aura Dance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the app or generated output.
