2. Data We Collect

  • Account identifiers such as anonymous app user IDs.
  • Purchase and entitlement state needed for subscriptions and wallet balances.
  • Uploaded source images and generated videos.
  • Template selections, generation job status, and wallet usage records.
  • Basic device, diagnostic, and app interaction data used for reliability and support.
  • Tracking permission state, if you choose to allow tracking on iOS.

3. Why We Use This Data

  • To upload photos, run AI generation workflows, and deliver generated videos.
  • To manage memberships, coin balances, daily rewards, and purchase restores.
  • To detect abuse, enforce limits, and protect the service.
  • To improve app performance, pricing flows, and support operations.

4. Third-Party Processors

Aura Dance uses third-party service providers to operate the app. These providers may process personal data on our behalf:

  • EachLabs, Gemini, and Kling for AI workflow execution.
  • Cloudflare R2 for media and generated file storage.
  • Railway for backend hosting and API orchestration.
  • Vercel for metadata delivery and public website hosting.
  • Apple and RevenueCat for subscriptions, coin packs, and purchase management.

5. Media Storage and Retention

Uploaded source images are used to run AI generation workflows. Generated videos are stored so they can be returned to the app and shown in the user’s creation history. Temporary workflow assets may be deleted after processing or timeout.

6. Tracking and Analytics

On iOS, the app may request permission to track activity across apps and websites. If you decline, the app still works. Tracking consent is optional and used only to improve attribution, conversion analysis, and offer timing.

7. Your Choices

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
  • You can restore purchases from inside the app.
  • You can contact support to request deletion or assistance where applicable.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data. No internet service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Aura Dance is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use the service independently. Do not upload images you are not authorized to share.
